Gentle breeze sculpture - Keno Sculpture Wellington

"A Gentle Breeze" explores the irony of a softness borne from something hard and rigid. I like to think of the fluidity and flow of nature and reflect it back in my sculpture. It began with a curve and finished looking like a leaf in a gentle breeze. I love light and shadow in my work so the koru design (means new beginnings and growth) allows light to pass through and creates shadow, and adds a Maori element reflecting me.
