A MĀORI ART FORM, LOVED GLOBALLY

The koru, the matau, the pikorua — designs that cross every border

There is something about Māori design that resonates universally. The koru — representing new beginnings and growth. The matau — conveying strength, authority and good luck. The pikorua — symbolising the intertwining of two people or cultures.

Brett's sculptures carry these meanings regardless of where in the world they land. Clients from the UAE to Germany have been drawn to the organic forms, the cultural depth, and the extraordinary quality of hand-carved Ōamaru limestone.

If you're outside New Zealand, the process is exactly the same — a conversation, a design, and a sculpture delivered safely to your door.

Proof that Māori design speaks across cultures — a piece that sits as naturally in the Alps as it does in New Zealand.

WORKING FROM A DISTANCE

"I've worked with clients I've never met in person. Some arrive with a complete design, some see a piece on the site and want something similar, some just have a feeling they want to explore. The whole process runs remotely — and distance hasn't stopped a single commission."

MEMORIALS & HEADSTONES

Honouring a loved one

Brett's memorial work travels too. Whānau outside New Zealand have commissioned headstones and memorials — each handled with the same care and quiet as local work. That work has its own page.
